Apply paprika on the steak. Put the steak in the pan and cook each side for 4 minutes to get a medium-rare steak. But if you prefer a well-done steak, you can also cook it for as long as you wish. When your steak is ready, take it from the pan and put on a plate. Next, crack the eggs and cook them in the pan until the egg whites are no longer translucent. Serve it with the steak. For extra flavor, dip the steak into the egg yolk.
Grilled scallops in red pepper sauce
People who love seafood can also enjoy the Paleo diet without giving up their love for the sea riches. One popular seafood Paleo meal is the grilled scallops in red pepper sauce. For this recipe, you would need 12 large bay scallops, 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Meanwhile, to make the red pepper sauce, you would need 1 large roasted red pepper, the juice from the half of a lemon, 1 clove of garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
To start cooking, squeeze the lemon over the scallops. While you let the scallops sit, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a food processor and process until a smooth sauce is created. Next, pour the processed sauce in the saucepan and cook in medium heat. While heating the sauce, heat the grill pan and brush the coconut oil on it. When the grill is already hot, place the scallops to grill for 3 to 4 minutes, each side. Once done, serve the scallops on a plate and pour the prepared red pepper sauce over them.
Chicken legs and angel hair cabbage
If you are into poultry such as chicken, then the chicken legs and angel hair cabbage recipe is something that you should find interesting. This is also a very easy meal to prepare. The 3 basic ingredients that you need would be chicken legs, angel hair cabbage and green onion. To begin, cook the chicken legs with enough water in medium high heat. Once the chicken legs are cooked, remove it from the pan. The water where the chicken was cooked is now a chicken broth. Now, add the angel hair cabbage and green onions in the broth and cook until soft but not soggy. Once done with this, you can simply add the chicken legs on top of the onions and cabbage, and your meal is good for go.
